I visited Sir Charles Darling Hotel for the first time and it lived up to its excellent reputation. From the ease of booking a table to receiving excellent service upon arrival was first class. Our food choices ware varied and we all had an excellent meal. All staff we met were very helpful and friendly and are a credit to their employer. We can’t wait to return

Food was flavour filled and value for money! We dined on a busy night and whilst the service was friendly and knowledgeable we felt that they were understaffed as the wait times could have been improved. I will definitely give them another visit though!!

We have a two course theatre meal and both plates were excellent. Barramundi starter was very tasty while the main course was well presented, good serving size and again as with the first course a delight to saviour. My partner also comment on the quality of her dishes that were different to my selection. Overall very pleased, and timing was just right and finished at a time that allowed a leisurely walk to the Arts Centre. Staff were helpful and knowledge about the courses provided. Only draw back was their menu prices on the web were outdated but the amounts charged to us were honoured rather than printed published prices. Nevertheless the prices as per now are very competitive and represent good value.
