Lovely evening! The service and food were great. Loved the Bao Buns, especially the chicken. The rolls were great, the scallop crudo was light and flavorful. Noise level was not bad, we could even talk! Thanks.

Cup Cafe is a lovely restaurant in the Congress Hotel on Congress Street in Tucson, Arizona. Their staff has a lot of turn over, but everyone seems to know what they should be doing, but the service is a bit spotty. Looking for a bottle of two red wines…bringing one drink without the other. But their food is creative and delicious! I had The Depot salad: flank steak (6oz) with avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, good cheese, and onion crisps on lots of fresh greens. My partner had Duck Stew with Drop Biscuits and loved it! We will be back😌

The bartender seemed a little overwhelmed with the outdoor service window, a full bar of diners and the orders from the floor. He was very nice and dutiful, but maybe a second bar steward would help. He made a fantastic cosmo! My short ribs were fabulous and very creative! I loved the creamed corn and grilled pineapple!

Bata is one of, if not THE BEST restaurants in Tucson! This is our go to for special events, date night and visiting guests. The only thing we don't like is that the menu changes...we fall in love with something and then its gone...but its worth it for the few moments of bliss when devouring it! Its not as noisy as you'd expect. The service is fantastic. The drinks are unique and fun. The food is amazing. They treat non-meat/seafood items with the respect they deserve. You get full before you want to because you want to eat it all! And the desserts are heavenly!!!

We had an amazing experience. From the wonderful salad bar, which had a few hot items and a ton of choices, tuna salad, pasta salad, regular salad, wedge blue cheese salad, make your own salad all kinds of stuff. They had rice and beans, beef stroganoff, soup. Then when you sat down at your table, you had a card that was red on one side - STOP! The other side was green - GO! And then …. Let the meat fest begin. I cannot explain how quickly they brought you the meat, it was insane and if you said you didn’t want something, they would literally say - well what are you waiting for? And then two minutes later they will be back with what you were waiting for, and they were so happy to make us happy. Everyone was highly attentive. We left very full and very happy. We will definitely be back.
