When we arrived we were greeted very well and hostess seated us right away even though we were early for the reservation. Only issue I have is the happy hour where it’s only in the lounge and not in the restaurant like other restaurants. Our server was very friendly explaining all the new specials and checked on us frequently. The food arrived and was cooked to perfection and overall had a great experience.

Enjoyed the veal/lamb pasta and my friend enjoyed her Tuna poke bowl. Service was attentive and friendly, ambience perfect for a Christmas setting.

We had a fabulous gal's lunch on Friday at Boom and Batten. We were seated at table #34 on the upper level. Our server was amazing! Our water glasses were filled before the glasses were empty, and the same applied for our coffee cups. Although the food was a little pricey every bite was delicious! The restaurant was quite busy but we were able to hear each other talk . I will definitely be returning!

Overall our food was very good - well prepared and well presented. However, one person in our party ordered the smoked salmon main entree and was not pleased - it was not warm enough and the dish was not appetizing. Two of our party had the steak entree and said it was excellent.

We had dinner in the lounge on a quiet Monday. Well spaced tables and a peaceful atmosphere. Service was friendly and calmly professional. Bottomless mussels with fries and in house bread was a bargain and a treat. Sablefish scored high marks by my dining partner. Desert was original and outstanding in taste and proportion. Wine prices not bad and modest but good selection.
