Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and moved to Boston when he was 5-years-old. He stayed in the Boston area for college and attended Tufts University. The two met in Medford, MA, dated and became engaged in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard in 1996.     Minervas is and always has been a classy upscale restaurant with a great menu and a great staff. The ambiance is perfect for a date night and all other special occasions. And being located in DTSF along with great shopping makes it fun just to stop in for an appetizer or cocktail at the beautiful bar.

    The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. The service was very good and our server was very knowledgeable and friendly, checking on us throughout the evening. The decor was a little odd, but it could just be a taste/preference variation. Overall, it was a great experience.

    I used to work at R wine bar and right before I moved to MSP Maribella opened. I have been wanting to dine here and finally the opportunity arose with some dear Sioux Falls friends. To say the least Ricardo and his family have brought a piece of Italy to the corner of downtown Sioux Falls. The lemon pasta is exactly what I remember eating after a shift at R wine bar in 2018! The only critique I have is there should be a sign on the door for the bathrooms haha!

    The burgers were amazing. Our loaded barbacoa fries were room temperature and the guac was not great. Service was phenomenal as usual
