Owner Eduardo Daja has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager growing up in Italy, and his time in culinary school only strengthened his passion for food. After culinary school, Ed stayed in Bologna to work at a family-owned restaurant. He moved to Utah eight years ago, and found himself missing his first love, food. That big decision was made possible for Ed when he met Marco Cuttaia, Osteria Amore’s executive chef and partner. Our server Taylor did a great job of letting us order at our own pace, and being super cool with refills and food delivery. It has kind of become a tradition for my family to meet up with each other here since it is at halfway point for work, home, etc. This year was even more enjoyable than last year. As we left, we were saying that we should hang out there for other times, like birthdays or anniversaries.

Best evening we’ve had in a long time. Food was fabulous and service was outstanding. Ambience was beautiful and even though busy we felt we received the same attention as if it was slow. Thank you for the most enjoyable Christmas Eve dinner.

Love the food, and the servers are always great! Chicken lettuce wraps and wonton soup are favorites. Chocolate cake is huge enough to share or have leftovers for days. Yum!
