Sourcing from local producers is of utmost importance to Brian and freshness is a requirement. We had a wonderful dinner in the 1869 room. Our server was lovely. My uncle who was with us was losing his voice and our server brought him hot water with lemon and honey. Our meals were delicious and we always love the ambiance at the restaurant. We have stayed in the hotel before (we didn't this time) and would also highly recommend making a visit.
