- DDeanCentral Kentucky •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoI celebrated my 60th birthday at Jeff Ruby's in Louisville, KY , and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! Every aspect of the evening was exceptional, beginning with the warm and elegant ambiance that set the tone for a truly special celebration. The meal itself was nothing short of perfection. Each dish, from the salad to dessert, was crafted with impeccable attention to detail. My steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the sides were equally outstanding—every bite felt like a celebration in its own right. The dessert, which capped off the evening, was a masterpiece, both in taste and presentation. A huge shoutout to our server, Darrell, who was the epitome of professionalism and charm. His suggestions were spot on and added so much to our dining experience. From wine pairings to menu recommendations, he guided us with confidence and enthusiasm, ensuring that every choice we made was a winner. His warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly valued, turning an already great evening into something extraordinary.More infoJeff Ruby's Steakhouse - LouisvillePrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Downtown Louisville•4.8
- SSavannaVIPCentral Kentucky •13 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoOmigosh. This place was DELICIOUS. It was our first time, certainly won't be our last. First, the bread is FIRE. We loved the guava butter. We shared the chicken empanadas, which were very tasty and had a lot of filling. Husband and I both had the picanha steak, which was cooked perfectly, very tender and so flavorful. The black beans were literally the best I ever had. Our son has a Cubano, which was huge and had a lot of meat. I wanted dessert, but no room. Someday, though.More infoLa Bodeguita De MimaPrice: Moderate• Cuban• East Market St - NuLu•4.9
- JJeannieLas Vegas •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe service was over the top! We had the barrel cut filet cooked medium rare with the bourbon peppercorn sauce with a lobster tail add on and it was the best steak I’ve ever had. We also had the lobster Mac & Cheese which was over the top! We finished off the meal with the bread pudding and it was the best EVER! Totally recommend Repeal if you’re in Louisville.More infoRepeal Oak Fired SteakhousePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown Louisville•4.8

- SSteveCentral Kentucky •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had a wonderful dining experience at Le Moo. Jennifer was our server and she was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We had the lettuce wedge, ribeye (prime)-cooked to perfection, with the fried potato cakes. The food was exceptional and the turnaround time was very quick. We frequently dined at this establishment when it was the old K.T.'s, so it brought back many memories. They made awesome updates, but kept the wonderful nostalgic ambiance. I highly recommend dining at Le Moo.More infoLe MooPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Highlands - Bardstown Rd / Taylorsville Rd•4.6
