Very good dinner …rack of lamb was excellent quality but the kale side dish was terrible: undercooked and bitter….poor choice from any point of view ! PLEASE go back to the delicious fingerling potatoes and grilled romaine…why mess with a good thing?!? Oh, and pls buy a can of lychees for the lychee martinis …these little things make all the difference !

What a lovely night. For a Saturday, it was quiet and Phillip, our server, was great. We shared lots of dishes (chicken satay, spring rolls, Cobb salad, tamales, burger and fries, and yuzu pudding). All just perfect. We’ve eaten here a lot, but this meal was all top notch. I love sitting at the high top tables in the bar.

We were graciously welcomed, and the food was tasty with large portion sizes! We shared crab Rangoon, Seared pork dumplings and wonton soup to start. The orange chicken was crispy and flavorful. The menu had a spicy symbol next to it, but it wasn't too spicy. General Tso's chicken had great flavor, and the shrimp with broccoli was very fresh! We took home enough leftovers for a second meal with fried rice for everyone! Great service and amazing food!

Great service. Very large salads. Sushi was interesting. Ruby roll had steak and lobster in it which we’ve never seen. The chili rub accompaniment “sauce” for the steak was a new one too and excellent.

There is nothing to say except that Carson's is pure perfection! My husband and I took our son out to dinner just to enjoy a night out together. We started with drinks. I ordered the spiced pear daquiri...superb! My son and I shared the 20 oz. ribeye and mac and cheese and my husband ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. All delicious! The beautiful atmosphere made the evening truly enjoyable! I can't wait to go back!
