Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. I love that they still have outdoor dining. They have great heaters and they preheat the covered patio area. Service was quick and efficient. I had the half Caesar: crisp, cold, and very flavorful. And the large Pancetta pizza. This is my favorite pizza in the world! Everything about it is ‘spot-on’! To drink, I had the Smoke and Oak. A finely crafted libation. I could only eat about half of the pizza, so took the other half home.

Everything was perfect! The Black Cod was out of this world. Pizzas were exceptionally delicious. We sat outside and stayed cozy with their heaters. The service is impeccable. Our favorite place to eat!
