The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. In 2004, Daniel purchased Josephine’s in Marietta and developed an extremely loyal following based on the combination of great food, great atmosphere and great hospitality. We had a wonderful experience! We went for our anniversary. They were ready immediately for our reservation and attended to us with wonderful service the whole time. Our server Cam was friendly and also noticed every time we needed anything at all without us even asking. Food was excellent! Pork chop & chicken were divine, and the whipped feta appetizer was a fun and unique taste we enjoyed.

Great solo dining experience. My waiter Brandon was fun and energetic. Gave great recommendations on what to try for my 1st time at the restaurant. I decided to order Josephine’s 8oz filet with a glass of wine. Food was delicious. Customer service from all staff members were great. Nice ambiance (IG picture worthy)
