Restaurants near Richmond National Battlefield Park

Went here for Thanksgiving dinner and got the harvest dinner. It was delicious and a good value. The restaurant itself was beautiful. Took a while and a couple of inquiries to get someone to take a drink order, bring menus and wait on us. The table behind us was seated about 5 minutes after us and received water and menus right away. Our waiter was good but disappeared for long periods of time. I mean I wasn’t expecting him to stand there and wait solely on us but when your water is empty and your wine glass is empty generally that prompts a waiter to come to your table. That didn’t happen. We would definitely give this place another try but maybe not on a holiday.

Beautifully decorated for a romantic Thanksgiving dinner for two. From the valet to our server, employees were friendly and attentive. Food and wine were good. We really enjoyed our first dining experience there and will be back.

We celebrated Thanksgiving day for the fourth year with you all. I would like to see beef tenderloin, and ham options added back to your menu. The salmon and shrimp were nice but for people who don’t eat fish or seafood it only left turkey. The service was excellent, and the staff, as always was very pleasant. Dessert selection was great, but it would be nice if the vanilla ice cream was available for the pecan pie as well as the apple pie dish. 

They never miss on the steak! We had Thanksgiving menu. The Turkey was ok, dressing was good, amazing mashed potatoes and green bean casserole was a bit gummy. i chose the filet mignon because I like that way more than turkey! It was great. It was a great way to spend a Thanksgiving meal in a wonderful setting. I recommend but I would stick with what they do best, steak!

A friend recommended to try Stella’s while visiting Richmond. Glad I did! Food , service, atmosphere was perfect. So many yummy things on the menu it was hard to not order it all. Will definitely bring going back next time I’m in town.
