From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for what turned out to be an exceptional evening. The food was nothing short of amazing—each dish was crafted with care and attention to detail, bursting with authentic flavors that transported us straight to Italy. Whether it was the perfectly cooked pasta, the rich and savory sauces, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and passion. The service was equally impressive. Our server was attentive and friendly, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine warmth. But what truly set this experience apart was the personal touch from the General Manager, Michael Kosov. He came to our table multiple times throughout the evening, making us feel like honored guests. His hospitality and charisma elevated the entire experience, leaving a lasting impression. No better seafood on the west coast. Pricey, but worth every penny. The service was a cut above from the front desk to departure. We had the extraordinary experience by being served by a truly exceptional server named Hannah. It was a perfect 55th anniversary celebration.

Kim serving as “Tawney” did an awesome job! Kim is a servant leader that worked in place of a valuable server who deserved a night off with pay! Palma has great people that treat us customers as family and we think the same way about them.

Most adorable server we've had at a restaurant in a long time. He was very attentive and had a wonderful smile. He made good recommendations when asked. Decor is neutral tones. Love that the tables aren't on-top of each other. Lends to having table-only conversations. Food, while unique offerings, was very rich. We ordered the broccolini to thin/healthy the meal out, but it was so covered in toppings that it was hard to identify. That was the only item we didn't end up eating. The calamari were so light and crispy. Not at all chewy. They were perfectly cooked. Our server stated that the idea was to eat family style so everyone gets a taste, but it's certainly not a must. That said, everyone was interested to taste each item...including the final course, a pistachio sundae. Not cheap, but nothing in Scottsdale is.

love the wings. My wife did not like the salad, they do not use romaine lettuce as stated by the menu.They did not charge us for the salad.
