Suzie Q was unapologetically rebellious, alluring and ahead of her time. Bathed in the red glow of oriental charm, her underground chinese restaurant was a well-kept secret by those in the know during the 80’s in downtown San Francisco; a hidden gem drawing people in from across the city with her timeless dishes and unforgettable ambiance. Suzie Q embodies the indulgence of this rich legacy, re-imagined through a modern lens and coupled with retro oriental charm, classic chinese fare and contemporary cocktails.

In case you haven't travelled with us before, let us introduce ourselves. We are a fine dining restaurant located in the heart of South Yarra. We first opened our doors in 2016, when a then, 22-year-old Charlie Carrington, decided to create a restaurant that changed cuisine every few months. Dubbed the most "Ambitious Restaurant Opening" of the year, Atlas Dining quickly rose to cult status. Within a month, Charlie became the youngest Australian chef to be awarded a Chef's Hat.Eight years on, and (now) 25 cuisines later, Atlas Dining continues to be one of the most unique restaurants around. We offer affordable fine dining, but most importantly, an unforgettable experience that helps guests' tastebuds travel the world.

We believe that wine should represent the place from which it was grown and the four seasons that pass through that place in a given year. We showcase vignerons who grow their fruit in a thoughtful way and who guide that fruit to bottle with the gentlest hand possible. We also serve a seasonal selection of small plates to enjoy with a glass (or two) of wine with cheese and dessert to finish with, as well as classic cocktails, rotating tap beers and a large selection of canned and bottled beer. The front bar has a few private tables as well as shared bar seating, great for enjoying the atmosphere. The courtyard is great on a sunny day and has heaters for the cold ones, and the cabin is home to a roaring fireplace for when it gets really chilly.Whilst reservations are recommended because we fill up quickly, we always keep a few tables aside for walk-ins.

Colonel Tan's affordable menu combines traditional Thai cuisine with a cheeky American diner aesthetic. The name is a tribute to legendary Thai pop star Tan Punturaumporn. Years ago, Tan’s kitchen staff took to calling him the Colonel when they started serving a Five Spice Chicken that brought to mind a certain chicken-loving colonel from America’s Deep South. Located on Melbourne's trendy Chapel Street you can stop in for dinner, check out some art installations, exhibitions, live music or watch the venue turn into the infamous Revolver Upstairs nightclub!

Borsch, Vodka and Tears is a Melbourne institution currently celebrating 20 years at the colourful end of Chapel Street. Styled after a Kraków cellar bar, Borsch is a romantic Bohemian enclave, the home of the Green Faery, an ode to a hazy and debauched bygone world. We specialise in Polish vodka, vodka-centric interpretations of classic and modern cocktails, authentic wormwood absinthe, Eastern European beers, contemporary Polish dishes and late night fun times.

This has become one of our regular and most enjoyable restaurants. Jason and his team have created an establishment of rare old world charm. The art works and photography forms a wonderful backdrop to this eclectic place that you'd never think would exist in this part of Prahran. I'm reluctant to brag about it too much because chances are it'll be harder to find a table! All the best for 2025. Cheers, Steve and Janet
