Solar is a space in the middle of the forest with a large terrace and a garden of more than 5 thousand meters, where there are a big playground, a greenhouse and a beautiful orchard. They use only organic ingredients from local and fair trade producers.

Los Veleros has always been an iconic restaurant which has stood the test of time in Valle de Bravo. We first came here in the 1990s ( in its previous location) and I’m sure it’s been around 50 years or more. The service is always friendly and efficient. The Caldo de Patrón and Oxtail soups are always excellent starters as is the “ tuétano con escamoles” (bone marrow with ant eggs). It might sound disgusting but it’s truly exquisite. Congratulations to the delightful French owner Caroline and her team.
