The Story of Josephine’sThe story of Josephine’s begins during our executive chef Daniel LeBoon’s childhood. At eight years old, working for his father’s catering company, Daniel discovered a passion for food. This love — and undeniable talent — saw him intern at Philadelphia’s prestigious Le Bec-Fin. He went on to work in Paris at the venerable Hotel Vernet working under the renowned chef’s Alain Solvere and Alain Ducasse. Everything was wonderful.. The food was great. My fiancé couldn’t say enough good things about the French dip sandwich. We sat in he covered patio that was heated and it was pleasantly comfortable even on a night that was 32 degrees. We will definitely be going back again!

Victors is a small out of the way ding experience worth hunting for! It never disappoints! The food is excellent, the waiters are always friendly and helpful, and the restaurant dining is very enjoyable.

We had a phenomenal experience. It was an incredibly busy Tuesday evening and everyone on staff greeted all guests with warmth and understanding. They were accommodating, kind and thoughtful. The service and food exceeded every expectation. Thank you for making a family evening out even more special. And, thank you for showing us how to practice grace and professionalism under pressure. Everything about the evening reminded us why you are such a beloved local restaurant.
