Eating at Vault was one of the best dining experiences I have had in quite some time! The staff was attentive, the executive chef even checked on our toddler a few times. And I had the best main course (Lamb Sirloin) I’ve ever had in the last 10+ years. Obviously highly recommend.

What an amazing evening from the Bourbon bar (with a dozen fresh oysters) to our dinner, all was perfection. The staff is attentive and seems to anticipate your every need. And the food? Prepare to be dazzled and satiated. While this is not an inexpensive restaurant, the value and experience is well worth the investment.

We came back to have the hamburger and fries. We've eaten the high price items and the lower end and have never been disappointed. I could only eat half of my meal, and my husband ate almost all and was stuffed

Joe was amazing, was great at helping me pick a wine to drink and suggesting the Christmas drinks. He made every single thing on the menu sound amazing. And it was so lovely to listen to Gavin’s beautiful singing while enjoying such an amazing dinner

A lovely way to spend Thanksgiving. The turkey was delicious and moist the prime rib carvery was just as juicy and delicious. All the trimmings were delicious as well though the mash potatoes were not really all that but everything else was nice. Full salad options along with shrimp and fruit! I enjoyed the dessert options of key lime tarts pecan pie. Chocolate cake left a bit to be desired but overall very happy with the ambiance and the quality!
