The Summit House is one of our favorite restaurants. It's a great place to go for celebrations and/or just a nice dinner out. However, Christmas at the Summit House is even more special. The amazing meal, holiday decorations along with the carolers made our dinner so memorable. To top it all off, our server, Jennifer, was spectacular!

We had our holiday company party here. And everything was excellent. From the bartender, the waitress and the managers. The food is absolutely amazing, I would recommend fasting for the day before you come here!

One of my favorite restaurants, food is always good and consistent. The presentation of the dumplings has changed they used to pour soy sauce over the dumplings on a cast iron plate and it would sizzle, they no longer do that. The BBQ ribs were chewy and not drop off the bone tender as in the past. They also got rid of their coleslaw with the ribs which was so good, I really missed it. These are just small changes but they really made a difference, at least to me they did. The place was virtually empty on a Friday evening. Overall I enjoy their food, I just hope they don't change more things to established favorites.
