We love the Rusted Cactus! the food is always amazing! The service, Vance and Morgan rock the free world! We come once a week, not the same day and always trust. We plan to bring family over the holidays!

We are long time (18 years) customers of Xetava and will continue to be so. Nonetheless, the avocado toast I ordered this visit was a real disappointment. For $17 I think you could do a lot better. I realize it is new to the menu. I'd either delete it or make major improvements. Increasing the size of the one piece of toast and adding grapes to the dish would certainly help. As usual, the other dishes (four) were perfect! The service at Xetava is the best in the West!

Simply, the best. The restaurant is manned by the chef/ owner and one female waitress and they provide exceptional food and service. The menu is a bit of an issue because the courses aren’t delineated. Basically you are offered de a 4 or 5 course meal, consisting of your choice in salad and your choice in entrees and desserts. Then the chef offers you the specials which are the 4th or 5th course and, like all the other food, are homemade every day. As the chef is Italian, the cuisine is rooted in Italy. We started with Burrata Caprese. We’ve never tasted better! The buffala mozzarella was fresh and the tomatoes were delicious. Chef serves the tomatoes with a garlic and basil salad and the balsamic vinegar drizzle was straight out of Tuscany. Next came a delicious Caesar salad, followed by ravioli filled with lobster that I could have sworn was fresh from the water! Then pop I had a rack of lamb which the chef shows prior to cooking to illustrate the quality. The meat and fish are the best cuts available and PERFECTLY cooked with a crust that is to die for. We’ve truly never had better! Dessert was a molten hocolate lava cake and a creme brulee that were exquisite. The food is perfect, the chef and waitress are friendly and prompt and the ambience is classically upscale Italian. There’s a LOT of food, all of it made by the chef that day. There’s restaurant is expensive and WORTH EVERY PENNY AND CALORIE!!!!!!

Heard about this restaurant from employee where I work and decided to give it a try. I’m glad we went as the food was great along with the desert. The employees made us feel welcome and will come back to try other dishes.

Very lovely location. Not busy so we got lots of attention. Food good, desserts better! Nice evening to have good conversation with family since it was quiet and music not loud or obnoxious.
