Best dinner !!! Christina was our server! She is wonderful. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Great personality!! Our meal was outstanding! Filets were done to perfection! The lobster was the best lobster!! Thank you for a wonderful evening!!!

We had a wonderful experience, the A-5 wagyu king roll was amazing, and service was fantastic . Valet parking was easy and fast.

We went to PBCatch for Happy Hour at the bar, then stayed for drinks and dinner. It’s a beautiful setting for upscale seafood, raw bar, drinks and decor. Food and service were excellent. The only negative was that we were seated next to a long table of 20 people with screaming kids and infants - they were every diner’s nightmare. Management should think about setting a minimum age limit and get rid of the baby strollers. Or the next time we go, we’ll ask for a quieter table. HM

Just a fabulous experience here tonight. We dined here this evening to celebrate my birthday. Our party of 4 split the macaroni and cheese appetizer and then 2 of us had the brick chicken and 2 had the filet. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Service was impeccable. We will definitely return here the next time we are in Palm Beach.

From the moment you step through the door, the ambiance transports you with its modern Asian elegance and soft lighting, creating an intimate, yet lively setting. We were seated at a quieter back table with banquette, perfect for conversation. We chose the chef's tasting menu for two after previewing the extensive menu online. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece in appearance and taste. The dishes made you want to close your eyes and savor each morsel. The fried rice was so special that we nearly ordered more to take home. Giovanni, our server, was exceptional, enhancing our experience with his knowledge and attentiveness. The cocktails, especially the Pink Bamboo for gin lovers, were a must-try. While the meal was expensive, the quality of food, service, and overall experience at Echo justify the cost. We're already planning to return for happy hour and future Christmas Eves. Echo is more than just a meal; it's an event, highly recommended for those who appreciate fine dining.
