Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-8 courses and range from $230-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, please call to let us know. We will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card.     We had a wonderful dinner last night. Starting with cocktails that were excellent, crab cake appetizers and salads and main dishes were all great. Their Coconut curry was so good and big portions so I took the rest home for lunch. Everyone else had either Monchpng or Ahi and were all happy with what they ordered. The new general manager dropped by to introduce herself so that was a plus. We were too full for dessert but the offerings were great.

    Amazing meal, worth a Michelin star or more. The chef is a master who creates unique yet amazing courses that challenge your previous perceptions of food combinations. The time and care that he and his wife put into serving this experience is phenomenal. We have eaten in many top Michelin restaurants and this is as good if not better than all. Highly recommend making the drive to Pa’ia to experience this delicious celebration of food, both local and international- all of the highest quality.
