Made a reservation for our party of 8, table was ready when we arrived. We ordered a nacho platter, it wasn’t very good, there was barely any cheese and toppings. All the other food we ordered was good, quesadillas, buffalo chicken sandwich, brisket grilled cheese. Drinks were good and our waitress was really friendly and helpful. Definitely a fun place to watch a game, quite noisy though, but that’s part of the atmosphere.

I had placed a reservation for my boyfriend and kids for dinner, table of 5 total. Everything was set. We left home which is a 25 minute drive and when we arrived it was super packed. The very nice hostess didn't have a table exactly ready so she had to call over who I'm assuming is the manager. He was beyond amazing and explained to us how they don't take reservations on Saturdays and the system doesn't recognize that yet or etc. Between him and the hostess, we got a table and we're seated in I'd say under 10 minutes total of walking in. Our food was delicious and mine and my boyfriends adult drinks were tasty. The kids enjoyed their meals, not so much my son but he wasn't himself this evening. This is our second time at this Jack's location and we will be back again soon.

Nice restaurant . Staff very friendly and efficient . It did take awhile for our food to arrive. Both my wife and I had the same comment: food was pretty good but certainly could have been much, much warmer.. We made the reservation ( of course it came through Open Table) and when we arrived and had e-mail confirmation, they had no record of the reservation. Not the first time this has happened with Open Table. Luckily the restaurant was able to accommodate us.

Our server was phenomenal! The food was good. Service was relatively quick. My son stated that it was the best pizza he had ever eaten. He also really enjoyed the singing, as it was his birthday. A nice touch. Overall a pleasant experience.
