Everything was delicious, particularly the wagyu filet. The signature chopped was a bit underwhelming this time. It needed to be better dressed. Service was excellent.

I have been to Stubborn Seed many times since learning about it two years ago. As excellent and noteworthy as the menu and service have typically been, last night was a step beyond. Literally, every item in the menu was interesting, beautifully presented, and having wonderful contrasts and subtleties. Really, a sublime experience.
