We go to this earls location multiple times a year for various birthdays and celebrations and just casual dining. However, last night’s experience was probably in the top 3. Cedric went above and beyond making sure everyone at our table (including the kids!) felt comfortable and welcome. From offering to bring out the kids’ food before everyone else’s to surprising us with complimentary Prosecco and lava cakes in honour of my husband’s birthday to being super helpful, accommodating, and proactive — he was truly 10/10. Earls went above and beyond last night and Cedric really made sure that happened. Thank you so much.

We got the best table view (table #2). First time for me to visit even though I live close by. It’s a perfect place to have a brunch with an old friend as we can enjoy everything (ambience, food, service). Good service by Nur and the team. Good value too. Will visit again soon.

We recently dined here and had the pleasure of being served by Alice. From the moment we were seated, Alice made our evening truly delightful. She was incredibly lovely and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Alice went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, making sure every detail was perfect. Her cheerful and fun demeanor added a special touch to our dinner, making it a memorable experience. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was genuinely interested in making our evening enjoyable. Her knowledge of the menu and her helpful recommendations were spot on, enhancing our dining experience. Alice’s exceptional service and warm personality truly set her apart. We couldn’t have asked for a better server and look forward to dining with her again soon.

The Keg Burnaby is my favourite place to go for special nights out. I usually order prime rib classic, it’s so delicious and tender you can cut it with your fork. They have lots of booths which i find more comfortable to sit at and the staff are always great.
