We had 6 friends for dinner - reservations were perfect, and we were seated quickly. Service was very good. Food was good however my sea bass was overcooked - it was good but not nearly as good as it should have been. The accompanying lobster ravioli's were excellent. The octopus appetizer was excellent. Everyone else's meal was very good.

My wife and I just enjoyed our 12th anniversary meal here in Boston’s Back Bay. We celebrated our 10th here (simple math), and had an amazing time. I did ask for different accommodations this time, and thank you. There is nothing like feeling you matter as a customer. This experience will keep bringing us back. Our server was Magdaleno. He was beyond attentive. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you. Sincerely.

Everything at Abe and Louie's was great . We were seated as soon as we walked in. Were greeted by our server as soon as seated Lovely warm dinner rolls arrived, wine was ordered and dinner ordered. Water glass was always promptly refilled. Dinner arrived and was up to the Abe and Louie's standards. Rib Eyes MR with blue cheese fondue, sides of scalloped potatoes, and sautéed mushrooms were all wonderful. Our waiter was very attentive and we had everything we needed going along. Topped off dinner with the chocolate layer cake that came with vanilla ice creme, large size allowed us to share one. As always Abe and Louie came thru with a great meal and memory.

The food was delicious; the atmosphere was a bit "bustling" but that did not detract from the amazing cuisine. Would definitely return -- and bonus...a 20% discount coupon to shop at the downstairs market. Excellent experience.

It’s it’s really hard to find an authentic restaurant irrespective of the cuisine and culture. This restaurant knocked it out of the park. I’ve dined all over the world and I can honestly say this is one of the best meals that I’ve had in the last 10 years. In addition to that, I didn’t have to remortgage the house to enjoy the food. This is my must stop place when I go to Boston from now on.
