The food at Oceans is always delicious, but it's Anetta who truly makes the experience special. She is the best server—attentive, caring, warm, and incredibly on top of everything. Oceans is lucky to have her on their team. While we return for the amazing food, it's Anetta's exceptional service that keeps us coming back. I’ll always request her as my server. Thank you, Anetta, for making every visit unforgettable!

The food was incredible, the atmosphere also great, felt “proper NYC”. But quite loud though, so if you’re looking for a quiet evening - won’t be my choice. We had my birthday dinner there, and halfway through the dinner, we were evacuated due to gas leak issue. Waited outside for a couple of minutes, FD came, cleared everything and we were welcomed to come back inside or just simply leave, up to us. We chose to stay (it was our table and maybe 2 more, the rest left), finished our food, were given complimentary desserts, and afterwards were billed basically just for the steaks, everything else was on the house. I’d say definitely a birthday dinner to remember)) all the thanks to our amazing waitress Katie !!

Everything at the Eataly franchises is delicious, fresh, and very overpriced. Serra’s staff is lovely. The prix fixe menu IS a bargain. Probably the best bargain in the whole building. Worth a try.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the escargot, which was cooked to perfection. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the best of French cuisine. The service was also excellent—attentive, friendly, and professional. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great French dining experience!
