Add a cappuccino and a freshly made dessert to seal the dining experience. The restaurant has been locally owned and under the same management since 1981. Ryan's has been awarded the Wine Spectator's "Award of Excellence" and is often featured in national publications.     Everything was excellent. At home intimacy in a public place. Classy, kind upper class people, from the staff to the clientele. I can’t wait to go back. Lots of regulars for a reason. I went to prom here in 1988 and I’m still going because it’s my favorite place. Never any rif raf or shenanigans…and from what I can tell. They operate off of the old school rule of the customer is never wrong. I had a last minute request and the young lady granted it, just like that. Always an amazing experience. Thank you Ryans!

    This was our first visit to Rooster’s and we were impressed by the food, the service and the varied menu. It’s comfortably nice casual, although I did see a few guys very casually dressed, but, hey, whatever… We will definitely return for lunch or dinner to try more on the menu. We had lunch - one fried oyster salad and one strip (grilled as ordered)with frites and a side of spinach.

    Our meal was incredible and our server was kind and knowledgable. We were seated in the glass enclosure outside the main house. Loved the Christmas decor. Noise level was fine until a group of about 8 entered and their voices carried. Overall the experience was fabulous and absolutely recommend Bernardin’s at the Zeverly House especially for a celebratory meal.
