Restaurants near McGill Rose Garden

We typically go to dinner at Rooster’s prior to a Bluementhal show. The experience is mostly always good, with the exception of a couple of hiccups. Hiccups are usually addressed by management, so we continue to support. I would recommend Rooster’s for the good food, convenience and ambience.

Our server, Emmanuel, was excellent. He was attentive but not intrusive and made sure the 5 of us in our group were always supplied with drinks and cocktails. My only recommendation is that it would have been nice to have individual dessert plates, as the five of us shared two desserts. Atmosphere was perfect and the food was delicious, as always.

The food was amazing! We had an assortment of items from the menu and our expectations were exceeded for every single choice. From the Jerk Chicken Noodle Soup to the Southern Fried Chicken, Mac n Cheese, Jerk Lamb Chops, Cinnamon Roll Waffles... we're still trying to decide what our favorite part of the meal was - all of it was my favorite!

Love love love the vibes! So relaxed, removed, intimate and approachable. Don’t let the casual vibes fool you—the service here is exceptional. Wonderfully welcoming, friendly, with an attention to detail that is worthy of a Michelin star but without any of the fuss. The menu variety is impressive, both on the food and the cocktail side of things. We will be back!

We ordered the agnolotti ! It was French onion on the menu. It was delicious! It was like a French onion soup deconstructed!! I had the salad for my meal and it was delicious and my husband had the poke bowl which he said was fantastic! All in all it was a delicious meal!
