Fresh fish caught in the waters you can see from our tables, selected cuts of prime meat sourced from top quality farms and vegetables that you can also see growing in our organic garden at the restaurant. The kitchen never stops: finger food to nibble on during aperitifs at ₵ Wine Bar, a sumptuous buffet and orders for the dining room, churrasco sizzling over the wood fire. We also prepare healthy dishes for light dinners and even more finger food to pair with a selection of wines and cocktails from the ₵ Wine Bar, where guests gather after dinner and stay until the wee small hours. A selection of desserts from our pastry chef puts the icing on the cake. Looking up for a moment from all this hectic activity to ₵ the faces of people enjoying the Costa Smeralda, we can safely say that we love our work!
