- DDanielHawaii •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoSpur of the moment reservation, online at 6pm and got 7:45 reservation. We went for pupu and drinks. The Roy’s Old fashioned is pretty good. We ordered the canoe for two, which was great. The order of Ahi sashimi was kinda small but ono. Also ordered the Ahi 20 sushi, and that was ono too. Finished with the Sweet bread pudding, perfect. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures. We had a really nice time and good food for great date night.More infoOriginal Roy's, Hawaii KaiPrice: Very Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Honolulu•4.8
- DDaveVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •14 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoOk. Let's be honest, this restaurant is almost all about the view. Clean and classic steakhouse on the 36th floor of the ala Moana hotel overlooking the harbor at sunset. Moving past the ambiance, the service is attentive and very friendly. They're always there to help but don't hover over you in some awkward way. The food is overall very good. The miso butter fish was delicious. Great flavor and texture. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The dressing has a fantastic sweetness to it but does not overwhelm the fish. The steak was good but not amazing. It was well cooked to order but it needs some other flavors to bring out the meat. Maybe garlic butter or something to accentuate the steaks natural flavor profile. The mushroom risotto was excellent. Great flavor and texture. Creamed spinach was good but just a bit watery. Mashed potatoes were fine but nothing exceptional. Overall great service and a multi million dollar view served with pretty good food.More infoThe Signature Prime Steak & SeafoodPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Honolulu•4.7

The sautéed ahi with jalapeño masked potatoes and broccoli was ono. The meal topped off with the banana cream pie was spectacular. Consider trying it the next time you go.More infoMoku KitchenPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Honolulu•4.6
- TTimothyVIPHawaii •14 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe always enjoy dining at the Kahala Resorts restaurants. The food and service are always excellent. My family especially enjoyed the Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet this year. Dining at a later time turned out to be a blessing since we arrived at the tail end of the dinner rush. After dinner, the lobby was practically empty so taking pictures was easy.More infoPlumeria Beach HousePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Honolulu•4.6

Our server Asia was fantastic and we were greeted by an amazing manager by the name of Matt. They made my birthday very special by bringing me a birthday dessert And accommodated us for a reservation for Christmas Day.More infoRuth's Chris Steak House - Waikiki Beach WalkPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Waikiki•4.7
