Izakaya Den is Denver’s popular Japanese gastropub, modeled after the lively after hours establishments found throughout Japan. Great ambience and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Plenty of patio spaces with heaters for the adventurous in colder weather. Our reservation was ready at the stated time and the server provided great information on the menu and gluten-free options. Appetizers and main courses were prepared to order and the food was yummy!!!

This restaurant is fantastic: lovely and lively ambiance, but not too loud. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. We had an unusual bottle of wine and the sommelier clearly knows what she is doing. The price was very reasonable. Would go back in a second!

Came to Olivia to celebrate the new house we bought with my husband and parents. We love Olivia, the price is not for the faint of heart but the experience is always so wonderful. Staff are polite and attentive (without being annoying), my mom wanted some drink concoction that they didn't have the ingredients to make but the bartender took the time to whip up something custom that she ended up loving. Food is always exceptional start to finish.
