Paya is an exuberant, island-inspired restaurant and bar located on Miami’s South Beach founded by Mohamed “Mo” Alkassar and Chef Niven Patel, the duo behind FEAL Hospitality. It is a platform for Chef Niven Patel to pay homage to the insular cuisines of the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and Spain’s islands, where he and Mo have either worked or visited extensively. Chef Niven’s dishes incorporate ingredients he grows at Rancho Patel, complemented by vibrant wines and tropical, farm to glass cocktails. The restaurant features 56 dining room seats, 25 bar seats, and 8 raw bar seats, with a gorgeous display of fresh seafood. Expect to jam to some Manu Chao style music while basking in the vibrant island vibes and flavors. We have brought many visiting friends and relatives to Yardbird over the years. Dining here is such a unique and yummy experience. We were just celebrating our Great Niece and boyfriend. There is no negatives. The menu continues to be fabulous. It is a must for anyone traveling to Miami Beach. Reserve ahead of time and enjoy.

Delightful time at Issabella’s on the night of the Orange Bowl Pep rally on Lincoln Road. The food was delicious - the swordfish was amazing and loved the roasted vegetables. The manager, host and staff were wonderful and attentive despite the unexpected crush of college football fans. Molto Squisito!
