Restaurants near Lakeview Community Park

This is a favorite place for a family member's birthday. Every time we go, I'm struck by how much we all enjoy the experience. We typically get an alpine cheese and a cheddar cheese, some salads (the strawberry almond is delicious), one oil entree and one broth entree, and sometimes add on a chocolate fondue. Note: you don't really need to buy a full portion for each person if you're eating more than one course. There are 6 dipping sauces to choose from. My favorites are the plum-ginger, the blue cheese, and the curry -- which unexpectedly also mix together really well! Many in my family also love the green goddess, and one loves the teriyaki. They had some delicious cocktails for dry January as well. It's increasingly rare to find a quiet, cozy restaurant like this, so that's a distinct advantage as well. Once, we were initially seated in the bar area, which was not nearly as cozy as the main area -- brighter and with a giant picture window looking at the bleary parking lot -- so we asked to be moved to the regular, cozier area and were happy.

Coopers Hawk never disappoints. Walking right in and seeing the ambience and smelling the food you know you’re in for a great time. Fantastic service, drinks, and food!

Always a wonderfully fresh delicious meal! The service is top-notch and the owners go out of your way to make you feel welcome! 

We came here for my son's 23rd birthday. It was a weekday evening and we were seated before our reservation time. Our server was very friendly and made sure to explain everything about our dining experience. Everything we tried was perfect. It was worth the 1 hour and 20 minute trip to get here. If you have a special occasion, or just love excellent food, don't hesitate. Visit ASAP.
