My dinner experience last night was nothing short of exceptional! Every morsel of the steak and pasta was a masterclass in flavor and texture. 30 day wet age - 10oz Beef Filet with fresh blue crab fonduta, wood grilled and sliced to perfection. Cacio e pepe spaghetti. Red Ash in Austin is pushing the boundaries of Italian cuisine.. make sure to add it to your bucket list!! We drive up there just to eat at this spot.. be sure to book your reservations well in advance, as they're always in high demand! Beautiful atmosphere and amazing service every time!

Great atmosphere, good was excellent, and the service was great. No complaints, except for the lack of direction in the brunch area, we had to sort of figure it out. But really was no big deal. We’ll be back for sure.

Wonderful new place to eat. For us, the covered patio was far preferable to the indoor dining because of the better noise level. Plus it was beautiful out there looking out at the post-sunset landscape. Ambiance throughout is beautiful. Our server Kailee (?) was terrific, and the Machete and the Carne Asada were fantastic. Definitely we will go back again.

The two hostesses were great. My partner wanted to sit outside after seeing our table inside. She quickly moved us outside. But maybe because of that change we waited for a while for a server to approach. I had to call someone after we received service at our new table,. It was amazing. 

Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was timely and friendly.
