Exceptional food, service, and atmosphere. Beef carpaccio and fish special were fantastic. Seasonal cocktails were fun and delicious. This was one of the best meals I've had in Knoxville.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received and the quality of the food. Brantly was a great waiter and checked on us regularly without being a nuisance. We will definitely be back. We started with an appetizer of Parmesan White Truffle fries. The appetizer was much larger than we expected to receive. My wife had the grilled caprese chicken and I had the blackened Mahi Bowl. We would both recommend these dishes.

We highly recommend. The staff was friendly and the service was great. Facility was clean. We will return.

Fantastic place to celebrate our 58th Anniversary. The food is amazing as always at Firebirds and the staff made the evening memorable. Thanks to you all.

We enjoyed a great meal. I ordered the bone in NY strip steak and my wife got the lobster tail. The meals were delicious. My steak came out the temperature I wanted. We had great service and the staff were friendly and helpful.
