Our restaurant offers a selection of quality meals prepared with the best produce available. Lunch is available Friday to Sunday and dinner Wednesday to Monday. On Tuesday the bistro is closed, woodfire pizza is served in the Brigadoon Bar. In March 2022 we revamped the dining space and renovated to include a new kitchen. At the same time a new Head Chef joined our team. Regulars love the new menus which change almost daily. Menu options are available for larger parties with the group menus proving very popular in the private dining room as well as the restaurant. Love Silica, its our go to local restaurant? Especially for seafood. The only criticism is that we would like to see more changes to the menu or specials, as locals who like to eat our regularly we are too familiar with the menu.

Lovely service, very friendly (thanks Leah). We had a drink first outside as it was nice and there was no rush to be seated. Food was lovely. Some in our group found the served too big but not me! Nice busy atmosphere. The kids played outside on the tennis courts and they even provided a basket ball. Thank Bundy!
