Owners, Olivia, Regulo Reyes and Alma, are originally from Puebla, Mexico and have been residing in South Jersey for over 20 years. The stunning restaurant, which is the first of its kind in South Jersey, will transport guests to the Greek Islands with an atmosphere reminiscent of an inviting Mediterranean home, and a menu of authentic specialties, simply prepared, that represent the best of Greek cuisine. The restaurant specializes in whole grilled fish, which are flown in from the Greek islands, the shores of Morocco, Tunisia and Portugal, and procured from independent North American fishermen. We have created a welcoming restaurant designed with the comforts of a typical Greek home. We used materials such as hand-chiseled Jerusalem limestone floors, hand woven rugs, vaulted ceilings, antiqued stucco walls, wood plank floors and exposed wood beams to evoke the traditional atmosphere. A series of dining areas feature rustic farm tables, dark wood chairs with beige cushions and dining nooks with upholstered banquettes. The homelike ambience is accentuated with whitewashed walls.

I took my mother to Redstone for an early bird Thanksgiving dinner. It exceeded our expectations. The food was perfectly prepared, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy & festive. The buffet was well stocked and mom could have as much stuffing and gravy that her heart (and belly) desired. Although busy, it wasn't obnoxiously crowded or loud. We'll definitely be back for Thanksgiving next year and several times in between!

We dined at the establishment on Monday, 10/21/24 & the food and service were top notch. My husband says the special that evening was the best he's ever had. My salmon staple meal there was a total 10 also.
