Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday. The octopus was exceptional: grilled crispy, yet moist and tender on the inside. The combination with harissa and salty nuts was superb. Haloomi also very good. Mains: scallops with corn, a fun surprise; filet, nicely prepared.

Had the sea bass with shrimp over parmesan mashed potatoes. Food is good, potatoes could have been a little warmer and a tad bit more of the key lime butter. Service was great and the brownie sundae is always delicious. Of the two locations close to us, Gaithersburg and Frederick, the Frederick location is always our go to. The Gaithersburg location is great for outdoor seating, both locations are great.
