Lincoln was our server. He was absolutely excellent. There was a storm here in Lexington so there was a lot less people in the dining room and we got right to our table 20 minutes early and the service was excellent and they gave us abundance of food when we left. Absolutely great service great atmosphere my wife and I love Malones at the Palomar.

Overall, dining at the castle was an extraordinary experience. I highly recommend taking advantage of this unique dining experience. The memories we made here are priceless! Well Done!

Our very favorite place for dinner, especially for special occasions. Ryan, our server could not have been nicer. Our food was, as always, wonderfully prepared and presented. The entire staff is professional and welcoming. Thanks for another very enjoyable evening.

Celebrated Valentine’s Day early and it was amazing! The steak was delicious and perfectly cooked and our salads were fresh and well portioned! Our server was one of the best we’ve had and was on point with making sure we were well taken care of! This is quickly becoming my favorite restaurant in Lexington!

Carson's on Main never disappoints and is our favorite place to dine. Hailey was our server and she had the best personality and we wanted for nothing, We started with their amazing Old Fashioned which are always made perfectly.
