Chef/Owners Lisa & Terry Harwood opened Vine Street Cafe in 2003. Located on South Ferry Road, just 1.5 miles from the South Ferry. Chef Terry works with area farmers, fishermen & vineyards and features their natural bounty on his seasonal menus. We make everything in house and Lisa's desserts, ice creams and fruit crisps are no exception. Recently, we opened a small market behind the restaurant. This is where you pick up take-out orders while stocking your home pantry. Specialty catering is available along with ready fresh meals such as meatballs, chicken salad, bread, smoked ribs, BBQ Sauce and a selection of artisan pastas. Christmas Eve dinner we were greeted by Emily. She was warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. Our server Valerie Was delightful and professional. She recommended the duck special and it was delicious. Very enjoyable Christmas Eve!
