- DDonEast Tennessee •2 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoThe Cold Bar platter was fantastic! Our waiter seemed a bit standoffish at first, but he warmed up and was friendly and helpful. The building and décor was nostalgic and warm. The vibe was loud and busy...lots of people and lots of noise.More infoSTIR - ChattanoogaPrice: Expensive• American• Chattanooga•4.6
- BBarbaraVIPSouth Carolina •15 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoMy husband had the pot roast with creamy potatoes with a red wine reduction, and I had the small plate scallops nestled on butternut squash. We all but licked our plates clean! Lou, the restaurant manager, runs a tight ship and Madison, our waitress, were absolutely wonderful. Public House is always busy without making you feel that their main objective is to turn the tables. It's a family type menu with food that even your grandma can't measure up to!! We're already making plans for our next culinary experience:-)More infoPublic House - ChattanoogaPrice: Moderate• American• Chattanooga•4.8
- GGloriaSouth Carolina •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoGreg (our server) was helpful with the menu selections and very personable without being intrusive. The New England Clam was gluten free (great as half of our group are GF) and so flavorful - I am not GF and loved it. Everyone enjoyed their entrees - Short Ribs; Filet; Seafood trio Special. - DDanaCoastal Georgia •2 reviews4.0Dined on 14 Jan 2025Beautiful small place. Great service. Bar service, drinks menu fantastic. Happy hour was a bonus. The menu is just too limited. If it's due to space in the kitchen, offer sandwiches, omelets, more salads. Out of the 5 tables near us, only one couple ordered the burger. The rest drinks and oysters for Happy Hour. We had 3 small plates, the fries, the mushroom on toast and the crab dip. All good. I recommend coming for drinks from 4 til 6, especially when they also have their oyster special.More infoElsie's DaughterPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Chattanooga•4.2
