Drawing fresh local produce from a community of local Hunter Valley producers and growers, as well as from the Hope family’s own Angus cattle farms in the lush green pastures of the Upper Hunter, the menu is a culinary experience of the region best shared with a loved one, or with family and friends around the table.Within view - or easy walking distance - is the kitchen garden where the kitchen and gardening teams tend to a growing section of edibles including herbs greens and native ingredients. Amazing food although it was not overly busy we did have to wait quite a while for the food, some complimentary bread would have been nice but overall we did enjoy it!

Had a lovely Christmas dinner in the bistro. Our 2 year old son was well looked after with a colouring book and the selection for him was great. Food was lovely, service was really friendly. Overall a wonderful Christmas experience!

My husband and my self had a great experience at Tower Lodge Restaurant Pokolbin when we dined there on Christmas Day for a memorable lunch. The service was amazing. Food was delicious. Staff very friendly and efficient the ambiance beautiful. We will sing the praises of Tower Lodge to all. We hope to return again in the near future.
