Seriously incredible food and gorgeous environment. It’s not too fancy or too casual. It’s a great date spot or family night out. Fun for a group of friends. The cocktails are fabulous and the food is comforting and delicious. We will be back again and again. Highly recommend everyone check it out in Steamboat. We had a variety of dishes and every single one did not disappoint. They have great options for kids too. Not a generic Mac and cheese but quality food options even for the littles. Love.

The food was excellent. Crab cakes delicious. I ordered my steak Medium, it was definitely Med Rare.. if that.

Wonderful restaurant. The location overlooking the river and Howelson Ski Mountain is beautiful and tranquil. The food was amazing and the service was top notch - attentive but not intrusive.

Another great meal at Brass tonight. We specifically went because it was a Monday night and $10 tapas night. So many great tapas to choose from. We loved the tuna poke, the papusas, the fried ravioli, and the Caesar salad. The Paloma was one of the best I’ve had. Michelle was our server and she did an excellent job, was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Brass has become one of our go-to restaurants because it’s always amazing!

In all the years we’ve been coming to Steamboat, we’ve never eaten at 8th Street Steakhouse! We really missed the boat on this one. What an awesome fun experience. Great food, great service, awesome rustic environment and no one to blame if your steak/chicken/seafood/hamburger isn’t cooked properly since you can’t follow directions, ie you cook your own entree! Awesome experience! Can’t wait to come back!
