Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. Seems like the tasting menu may be the was the way to go. We ordered from the price fixed 4 course dinner. App and salad courses were fabulous.

Maximo is one of only two restaurants I wanted to go back to on a return trip to Mexico City. The food is superb, drinks are fantastic and the service is excellent.

Restaurant has an amazing view and vibe! Close to the zocalo but not too close. Food was good but nothing super special - except the dessert! You have to try the desserts!
