Food was exceptionally well done as always. Our server Terri was great. Only issue was finding out that Lobster Bisque was dropped from menu. Thats usually a highlight of the meal at RC. Anaheim location is getting REAL lax with dress code. I assume due to proximity of Disneyland and Convention Center but from a brand exclusivity perspective RC Anaheim is looking a lot like a “regular” restaurant rather than a destination establishment.

Post Valentine's Day date! We wanted to go a fancy steakhouse. They were fully committed on Vday, so we were lucky to find reservations the day after. Parking: $8 Valet Parking Dress Code: Business Casual Ambiance/Environment: They have plenty of indoor seating. The inside is dark, but we were seated in the outer area where it was bright. Our reservation was at 16:30, and it wasn't as busy. It became busier around their dinner rush. Service: We checked in with the hostess, and we were seated promptly. Shout out to Alex! She was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable about the menu. She explained the whole menu to us since it was our first time dining there. She even recommended us her favorite dishes and popular dishes. We were constantly checked on, and our waters were filled a couple times. Food & drinks: 1) Bread & Butter (complimentary) - The bread was huge and soft! There was a generous amount of creamy butter. 2) Lobster Bisque - We started off with appetizers. The bisque was so creamy and not too thick. It had lots of flavors, but we prefer a bit more lobster bits. 3) Truffle Cream Corn - This paired deliciously with our steaks! The truffle flavor came through! The corn was sooo creamy! 4) Smoked Gouda & Bacon Au Gratin Potatoes - This also paired perfectly with our steaks! There was a generous amount of cheese and sliced potatoes. There wasn't as much bacon, only a few pieces. 5) Tomahawk Ribeye w/ Black Truffle Butter - My bf ordered this medium rare. I got to try some pieces. Although it looked medium well, it still cut easily and soft. The Black Truffle Butter gave it even more flavor. We definitely enjoyed it! 6) "Proprietary" Prime Cajun Ribeye - I ordered this medium rare. It cut easily and not too chewy. The cajun flavor didn't really come through, but I still enjoyed it. 7) Passion Margarita - Alex told us this was currently their popular cocktail. I love margaritas! I really liked this drink! Fruity & strong! Pricing: $$$$

I flew in from Arcata for dinner reservations for Valentine with the Mrs. We are staying at the Westin next door. Easy walk to WG. The hostess was amazing, we were seated within 5 min of our rezo and near the Jazz musician. Our waiter was Brandon, amazing experience! We had spent Valentines 2024 WG at oyster bar. This evening rather than order off the menu we wanted to try the 4 course. I don’t have a lot of experience in fine dining and 4 courses with wine pairing. Brandon was very helpful with sharing how the menu would be served this evening. The Mrs she’s used to fine dining but for an island boy from Samoa it was a new experience for me. Amazing experience and for those who may have not experienced fine dining 4 course with wine pairing just ask the your wait person for help. I’m never afraid to ask if I do not know. The fork thing, the many utensils, the different glasses, etc 😂 Definitely will plan a dinner outing for the entire family, 12 total, this summer when I’m back in town. The amazing Madison took care of us; her friendliness and approachability made Valentine's Day Dinner extra special without seeming too formal and stuffy like you would expect from an elevated steakhouse. The steak was good, but the oyster appetizer, only found on the Valentine's prefix menu, stole the show. Hopefully they can add this to the regular menu.

Mastros is always a special place to celebrate our wedding anniversary ❤️ Dave and BJ were amazing, and our food, as always, was delicious. My husband ordered a double cut porkchop, and he said it was the best and most tender he's ever had. It was large enough for two. You can't beat the service you get there. Thank you for our special buttercake dessert and the 2 chocolate dipped strawberries 🍓 . We will be back.
