The staff were friendly, the food was lovely. We had a great time. Shall definitely go again

We went on Valentine’s Day and it was busy but still quiet and service was quick and very good. Food was incredible and a good amount of choice.

We had a wonderful family meal out at Sakura. We were early for our table and had to wait, but we were given a small table by the front door to sit and think about what we wanted to order. When our table was ready, and throughout our meal, we were attended to promptly and often by friendly, knowledgeable staff. The food came out incredibly fast and it was fresh, delicious and presented nicely. It's very clear this restaurant is popular as it was full the whole time, but because of the way it's laid out, we felt like we had our own private booth and we felt nice and cosy partitioned off from other diners. We were incredibly impressed by the service we received, despite it being so busy. When we left there was a queue out the door! We will definitely be back to this wonderful place.

Excellent food, delicious. Was very packed so it was loud but the atmosphere was lovely. Had to wait quite a while for the food to arrive as it was very busy but it was worth the wait. Also, had booked a table but had to wait 5 mins to be seated due to it being so busy but apart from this, it was an excellent evening 😀

Just a few niggles, with food Ham Hock terrine lovely but pickles very sharp would have been better with sweet pickle or apple chutney. Fish and Chips excellent but all piled on top needed a bigger plate had to eat through fish to get to chips. Cheese Board All the crackers were the same and not particularly good, no grapes just slices of very sour apple and no pickle the gherkin and picalilli from the terrine would have been perfect here. All in All the quality of the food was excellent but 🤷 Also the music that was playing was depressing, a recording of someone doing very bad covers of what originally were miserable songs
