Last minute decision to dine at Haywire. Got a quick reservation for our party of 5. We arrived early, but were sat immediately. Our server, Greg, was informative and knowledgeable about the menu. We decided to share the Cowboy Feast. The meat was cooked to our liking and all the butters that came with it were delicious. Our drinks were tasty. Overall, a great dining experience and we will go back.

From the moment we were seated, his attentiveness and genuine hospitality were unparalleled. Maynor anticipated our every need, ensuring that our drinks were never empty and that we always had the perfect cut of meat on our plates. His warm demeanor and attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience, making us feel like honored guests. We had an excellent experience on Christmas Eve. The Deviled Crab was the table’s favorite appetizer followed by the Monkey Bread dredged in the crab’s tomato compote. The Flounder special was cooked perfectly and the portion size was enough to prevent Santa from coming down most chimneys. Don’t sleep on the cabbage side, even if you “don’t like cabbage”. It’s definitely a game changer. The dirty martinis are consistently top notch. Credence should be toward the top of every Must Eat Here list.

Steak 48 exceeded all my expectations, providing a dining experience that was nothing short of phenomenal. The highlight of the evening was the impeccable service from Ryjane. She was the epitome of professionalism—attentive, knowledgeable, and flawless in her execution. Her genuine warmth and efficiency elevated the entire experience, making us feel truly valued as guests. The food was equally outstanding! From the perfectly cooked, tender steak to the delectable sides and appetizers, every bite was a testament to the kitchen’s expertise and attention to detail. The flavors were rich and beautifully balanced, and the presentation was just as impressive. Steak 48 is the perfect spot for a special occasion or simply indulging in an unforgettable meal. We like RL. We try to go once a month or so but its been longer than that this yr. Anyway, we had a fun day at SH Race Track for Derby Day. And we chose RL for our dinner. We shared a bottle of Riesling which we rarely order. It was good, refreshing, and cool after a long warm day. The food is always good. Service was good. We are not a fan of nose piercings so hopefully kids grow out of that quickly. We had an enjoyable evening.
