Wife wanted to go to Al Biernat's for our 24th anniversary, and it was exceptional. We were greeted at the door and shown to our table immediately. Our server took great care of us and checked in often to ensure we were well taken care of. My wife had the filet and it was extremely delicious and tender, and my surf and turf did not disappoint. The sides were delicious and there was enough to satisfy any appetite. I found it to be well worth the price and a great overall value and experience.

Michael and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and they were knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was crafted with care, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The flavors were so well-balanced, it was evident that the kitchen prides itself on quality ingredients and expert preparation. Exceptional in every way! From the ambiance to the service to the food - there is simply not a better restaurant in the USA. Internationally only the Jules Vern in the Eiffel Tower comes close. Yet while the Jules Verne is exceptional it takes itself seriously where Mister Charles is classy yet playful!

Derek Diaz, the manager/host, was exceptional, personable, professional, knowledgeable and set the tone for a great night. The setting, ambiance, views, staff and food were out of this world and will be returning regularly.
