This time I went for the butternut wellington which was outstanding. Staff were all very friendly. Overall 10/10More infoThe Courtyard Bar and RestaurantPrice: Moderate• International• Deal•4.6
- KKeithCambridge/Cambridgeshire •18 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMy favourite restaurant in the area. I love the atmosphere particularly, and their Christmas tree is better than Trafalgar Square’s! We all had the winter set menu. Pork pate, beef and pheasant pie, and a delicious rice pudding crème brûlée! We’ll be back next year when there is an occasion to mark.More infoUpdownPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Sandwich•4.6
- DDrusillaKent •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoIt was our first visit and it was delightful. The host was very friendly and had a nice chat with my husband about football. As it was our first visit, he explained how the small plate system worked. The young lady serving us was very friendly and efficient. We had some lovely food. Even though they are small plates, we had enough to eat. The chocolate and ginger tart was a singing combination!!! Will definitely go again.More infoTwenty Seven Harbour StreetPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Broadstairs•4.8
- SSimonLondon •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHad a wonderful time at The Ivy Canterbury. We arrived early but were seated immediately. The restaurant was busy but not too noisy and the decor and ambience was excellent. Our waitress Millie, was very friendly and quick to attend to our needs. Food and drinks were bought to us in a timely manner and the food was excellent (the Ivy Snowman quite something although I'd recommend to share). Despite the place being busy and a clear demand for tables, at no point did we feel rushed and after we finished our meal and settled the bill, we moved to the bar to have a few more drinks at our leisure where once again the mixologists were chatty and friendly and able to make a multitude of cocktails of our choosing without having to check how to make them. The food and drink were on the pricier side but you get what you pay for and the bill was not unreasonable for what we received. As a Canterbury resident, I think I have a new favourite restaurant/bar.More infoThe Ivy, CanterburyPrice: Moderate• British• Canterbury•4.3
