Michelin Guide rated neighborhood restaurant with creative and shareable cuisine and a year-round patio."With a clear vision, a striking aesthetic and distinctive, mouthwatering flavors, Canon restaurant in East Sacramento is a stellar and welcome addition to the city’s dining scene." - 4-Stars, Sacramento Bee "Find the convivial Canon sequestered away from the downtown bustle. This cool space that contrasts deep tones against bright whites is enveloped by the aromatic smell of smoke, so it’s no surprise that the house is packed most nights. Chef Brad Cecchi is the culinary mastermind and his menu is pivoted around playful small plates." - Michelin GuideCanon is committed to a healthy and productive workplace. A 4% service fee is added to dine-in bills to help cover the cost of employee health and wellness benefits and to provide a kitchen equity stipend to our back-of-house staff.

We had a wonderful Holiday Brunch today. Couldn’t have been any nicer than it was. Food was delicious, service was phenomenal - we wanted for nothing! Beautifully decorated for the holiday and it was fun exploring the Mansion and grounds. Only thing that might need to be addressed is the color of the pool - but obviously we weren’t there to swim! Thank you all for a wonderful time. This might have to become a tradition!

We had quite the memorable dinner at Ella. To begin with, we ordered the fresh baked bread and butter. The bread was so very fresh, and the butter light and delicious. We also ordered the butter leaf salad with an incredible dressing. The lettuce and vegetables were so crisp and fresh, along with the incredible salad dressing...it was delightful. For an appetizer, we ordered the mushrooms with in-house made fresh ricotta cheese... another incredibly delicious symphony of flavors that melted in your mouth. Our main course was the Salmon, absolutely incredibly delicious! It was lightly grilled on the outside cooked medium.. The salmon literally melted in your mouth like a marsh mellow. By far, Ella is the very best fine dining restaurant in the Sacramento area.

Environment is elegant but not stuffy. Service is superior. Our server invested time early on explaining the menu in detail which was very helpful. Pace of the four course dinner was relaxed but not too slow. The food was amazing and Allora clearly deserves its stellar reputation.

Paragary's has been a family tradition for special occasions (as well as casual dining) because of their excellence for decades. Tonight was my father's 96th birthday, the first birthday without the 'love of his life' (mom, married almost 70 years passed in June). We went to celebrate both his birth and the many treasured times we shared. Our server was as sweet as can be, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Our food was outstanding and dad's special birthday desert delicious. We will continue to share our special times at Paragary's.
