Great Food once again! I had the Sea bass which i normally do not get when i am at a steakhouse but glad i did!! I asked our waiter if he could pair a white wine with it and he hit the nail on the head! My wife had the dry aged ribeye, it was seasoned and cooked perfectly to temp and the glass of Caymus was perfect, as always!! Always look forward to get to eat at Double Cut when we are at the resort, Thank Yall!!

Nice design, good service, good food. It’s not like a gourmet Italian restaurant in NY, but it’s decent for a resort restaurant in TX. We liked our experience. Family with 2 kids ( 6 and 2 y.o)

Absolutely fantastic! Waitress gave excellent recommendations and the food was so delicious. Our 9yr old said it’s his new favorite restaurant. Reuben was so so great! Pizza, kids chicken tenders and burger were our other choices and we all loved it. Was quiet on the patio on Sunday night. Fireplaces and lighting made for a cozy environment.
